Salon Policies

Cancellation & No-Show Policy


Policy Overview:

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options, we require 36 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. 


Should you cancel your appointment with less then 36 hours notice or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the estimated total for the booked services and this charge will be billed to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file we will send an invoice that must be paid prior to making another appointment. 


Please note that we generally book out a couple weeks so you will have to wait to get scheduled back in the calendar, however, we will do our best to accommodate. 


Medical & Safety Exception Clause:

Should we need to cancel an appointment due to unexpected illness, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or any other unforeseen emergency with less then 24 hours notice, a service credit of 25% of booked services will be applied to your guest profile and applied at your next visit. We will make every attempt to reschedule you within 10 days of the original appointment. 


Should you need to cancel your appointment for unexpected illness, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or any other unforeseen emergency with less then 24 hours notice, the cancellation policy above applies as I will not be able to fill your booking time, which causes a financial hardship. The way to avoid these charges is to be sure you arrive on time or cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice. 


Here at TKO Salon,  we understand emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice. All salon guests are given one grace appointment a year for last minute cancellations.



Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken at the time of booking your appointment. This deposit is 20% of all services over $15. The deposit is deducted from the services performed at your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and are within our cancellation policy, you will be credited back the deposit on the card originally used/on file.


Late Arrival Policy


Policy overview:

In order to continue providing the best possible service to our guests, we will not allow any guests’ late arrival to affect another guests appointment. 


If you arrive to the salon more then 5 min past your appointment start time, we will not be able to complete all of your services scheduled for the day. You can choose to eliminate the cut or blowdry service. However, the cancellation policy will be in effect and you will still be charged the 50% for those scheduled services. 


Should you arrive more than 15 min late, we will not be able to complete your service and the the cancellation fees will apply to all scheduled services. 


This policy allows us to always have plenty of time to serve all our guests thoroughly and will ensure we are always running on time for you. 



Redo Policy

Policy Overview:

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 5 days of your visit. 

If we agreed upon a result and our stylist missed the mark, that stylist will correct the issue with no additional charge. If for some reason you will not see that stylist you may see another stylist of the same level or pay the difference in price. 

If you are simply looking for a different result than what we agreed upon, we are happy to give you a refinement rate, which will allow use to shift your look based on your new goals.

Every effort will be made to get you back on the schedule within one week of your redo request. 

Please note that if you do not notify us within 5 days of your dissatisfaction, the redo policy becomes null and void and any requested changes will be billed according to our service prices.

Retail Return Policy


Policy overview:

Should you make a retail purchase you are not satisfied with we cannot return or exchange. We will however offer you a 40% discount on new retail within 14 days of initial purchase. 

In the event you have an allergic reaction to a product we will refund the product within 5 days of initial purchase or exchange for a product to better fit you. 

All products purchased at a discount are final sale. No returns will be excepted.
